Excellent App and Incredible IT Support

Addendum: Top notch company: extremely responsive and helpful. They had to do a revision apparently, and they have listened to feedback and always work hard to make things right. Doctors can be hard to please but really: this tool is excellent and the folks behind it accomplished a lot and will always work to satisfy the users. If only all companies had support and customer relations like them. Top notch team. Total respect. Original Review: This app is the IDEAL tool for its purpose. It is extremely well designed! The user interface is simple and intuitive, and it is fast and easy to use. Moreover, the IT support is exceptional !!! They are helpful, professional, and extremely responsive and quick to respond. If only ALL apps and companies had support this good! No exaggeration. Expert IT is only one part....the clinical components are thoughtful and are way ahead of the curve in terms of knowing what needs to be documented and tracked. Don't underestimate how hard it is to accomplish a quality and clinically correct app like this! Clinicians who are not keyed in to WHY this tool is necessary simply don't know what they don't know. As for time factors, anyone who has used it more than a few times should be able to fill all fields in a couple minutes. Also they have been extremely responsive to suggestions and have shown this by modifications. For the necessary purpose, this app is EXCEPTIONALLY well conceived and designed.

Makes me miss paper billing

This app remains clunky to use when entering patient data on a busy L&D floor. There are very few shortcuts to use when putting in similar CPT/ICD codes, throughout the day. Also, it gets even more frustrating that I’ve got to update the app every few weeks, unlike other charge capture apps that allow you to complete your work and update later at my convenience. I can only assume the app creators never truly competed with the better apps out there and had no reason to make itself more user friendly.

Too many toggles

And now they added a new one for when a ticket is rejected. You want me to toggle another switch for yes I fixed it??? We’re up to about 50 toggles per ticket now. It needs more macros

Just terrible

This is an app that is constantly creating solutions in search of problems that don’t exist, their staff rejects tickets capriciously, and it is ridiculously cumbersome.
Just terrible

Believing the Naysayers will be YOUR loss!

This is an outstanding app to accurately transmit billing and quality data in a HIPAA compliant manner at the time of service! Completing the information takes almost no time at all, especially after a few uses. The app steps you through process, minimizing the required input, and double checking for conflicts and for completeness. ALL of this information is required for clean claims and quality and MIPS reporting. The disgruntled users complain about issues unrelated to the app. Schedulers pre-enter patient demographics. All that is left to enter is information that the only the provider can truly know and validate. “Rejected tickets” are based on the criteria set by you or your organization, NOT MD Claim. These are typically due to blurry, illegible image captures by the provider that are required for billing and/or validation. The other common reason for rejection is lack of documentation, such as a missing or incomplete note for an arterial line or TAP block that I have performed, and I want to get paid for. In the unlikely event they are needed, the support department is excellent and timely. Issues reported in other reviews were resolved long ago. The negative reviews are from two years ago! Those involved in practice management recognize the tremendous ROI via this digital solution. It truly is an outstanding product that has made a tremendous difference in our organization!
