They recently increased their prices on the web version from 600 dollars a year max to unlimited 0.25% of your total Billings starting Feb 2026. Dont trust them. They have demonstrated they will happily increase the price on you once you are used to their system. Total cash grab. Currently looking into other options

Bad App - worse service
Swtiching to Cab MD/EMR for a fraction of this ripoff.Been a customer for 10+ yrs. Doubled the price this year from $600 to $1200 with no notice. New website interface is trash. App doesn’t work with many hospital sticker/computer set up.
Simple
Straightforward and effective. Love the ability to scan patient ID number from phone eliminating typos.
Excellent app
I really recommend this App. Very easy to use. Can bill on the go. Easy to track all billing’s. Highly recommend.

Very good app
Quite excellent. However, I do hope for some more customization of the patient list feature in terms of being able to have some parts (dx codes and billing codes) auto filled but not others (admission dates/referring MDs). Right now it’s all or nothing. It would save time billing a large patient list (inpatient or outpatient).

App crashing on phone. Prior to most recent update worked well
Excellent and Efficient
I started using the software on a trial basis in October 2022. The software has many functions which can be customized to a physician’s workflow and needs. I changed to a paid plan after 2 months when I realized it’s the best in the market for small businesses. I used another software at the same time from another vendor (to compare) but abandoned the other one after 2 weeks. MD Billing has real time validation for OHIP cards, updated physician list, and many webinars and documents for teaching. The mobile App and Desktop versions are synced promptly. Their ‘Sticker’ recognition of card numbers is fast, easy, and very useful. If there’s a claim rejection, you get notified promptly by email, and you’re provided with explanation. The only down side, is I couldn’t subscribe to the full plan because they don’t have enough coders. After using it myself, I was happy I didn’t have to do that as you really don’t have to have coders if you bill on your own and have a small business/ clinic. The software has many reports to download so you can keep track of all your claims. I would recommend it highly.

App crashing
App no longer working and crashes as soon as I open it. New issue over the last week or two.
DON’T install update
Today’s update (Oct 26) causes the app to crash on opening.

Since the update to fix the my patient list the app no longer opens at all and crashes. Please fix!
Excellent App, easy to use
Recently moved to Ontario and wanted to reduce my overhead costs. Have found this app to be easy to use and a convenient way to do my billings myself.
Great app! But certain features doesn’t work quite right
Overall intuitive and convenient to use. Sticker to text is a great feature and works well 99% of the time.
The main issue is that the automatic billing code IPTMA for hospitalist rounding doesn’t work at all (doesn’t not auto populate billing codes despite already entered admission date and attempted to bill subsequent days)
In addition it would be helpful for date selection of calendar remains on the month that the last selection was made.

Great billing App
I have billed in different provinces and used all kinds of billing software- this is by far the most convenient and simple to use product I know.
Unable to Log In since latest update
I like this App but have not been able to log in to my account since installing the latest update. I am running OS 14.4.
The best!
This has literally made my life easier, Billing is almost ‘fun’.
