Will not work with iOS 16
Worked great until update to iOS 16 is now totally inoperative. Works fine on my iPad that has not been updated.

Has a host of added extra features, and runs so much smoother! Only thing now missing, is the ability to arrange the sites in an order after being added in.
No more updating
The updates have erased my files twice. I am not taking the chance again. Experiment with some one else's data base. No more updating!
Typical Openeye lack of QC
More of the same from Openeye. First, and update 2 years in the making and it wipes all info. A fix to the update and now i can't even search, even with the pretty new interface. Just pathetic. Go to the local Community College and get a couple of programmers that can handle this...

I just spent 20-30 minutes adding back the information for our locations into the app. I saw a new update after this that was to repair previous issue. Now all my data has been wiped out again after installing the repair app.

I can not login to my cameras!! The update erased everything and is now blocking me from connecting!

Constantly Crashing
Always have connection failures, even when there is good wifi. They have another app Openeye mobile which is worst. Will never buy Security equipment from this co again . Don't waste your time calling tech support. This is a prototype establishment!!
Horrible app
The app crashes all the time and several times you have to close and open the app in order for the cameras to load. Just awful!

The last version worked. Once it updated the app with new update version It has not worked. October 2014.
Need for next upgrades
Can I get the option to view all 16 camera in one screen? If possible can I add more then one servers to my camera list live view?
Also can there be a setting where I can have it auto connect to view when open app. instead of having to select server to view every time.
