App doesn’t even load
Yet another failure by MDWFP
I have been blessed to travel all over the US to hunt and fish & some out of the States , this app is by far the worse I have ever navigated. It doesn’t work for a single user , what made them think it would work as a custodial add on with a minor I have no idea . Anything dealing with a WMA is garbage . After an hour on hold trying to add my daughter to a group to draw hunt. I had the honor to speak with “the head technical guy that supposedly help create the app… after him basically telling me I was an idiot and it was an operator error … he tried for about 30 min and ended our conversation with hmmm I’m stumped I don’t understand why it’s not letting me do that I’ll get back with you today . Any takers on if I ever received a phone call back?? I’m not great on computers but man I feel for the older generations that just want to hunt and enjoy the outdoors . Get back to the basics MDWFP . Quit hurting our next generation of hunters! Keep going up on prices yet your services and products keep declining.

Can’t update profile
I keep trying to update MY profile with MY information and keep getting told a customer already exists with MY license and there is no way to fix this.
Junk
Just do away with the app. No use even having it if it doesn’t work. Just like wildlife regulations. Need to take a page from some successful states to figure the app out. Don’t expect much from the government anyway.
Does not work
This app does not work, CSR at MS Wildlife says it doesn’t work, If I were MS I would ask for a refund.
This app is bad
I constantly have to sign back in. I have two people under one email and navigating through that almost feels impossible and there is no way to undo this.
Why
Waste of money on an app when you can’t purchase license or check in like you’re supposed to…. Walmart here I come.
Old app was better and cleaner
The layout and colors and ez of navigation was much better on the old app

Terrible App
This app is god awful. How am I supposed to show a game warden my liscense when the app glitches out on the login screen and never lets me sign in. I can’t even sign in on the website on safari. The old app and old website was 100 times better. There was no need for change and now nothing works. 👍🏻👍🏻

I had the old app it worked great this new app is riddled with problems making it useless

Been checked in since June and can’t checkout
Unable to check out I go through the process and when ever I click checkout I’m still checked in.
Layout
I preferred the layout to the MDWFP and wish you wouldn’t of changed it to this new one.
New App
Having just downloaded your new app I was disappointed that one, I could not pull up my hunter education number and second as prevalent as CWD is supposed to be in Mississippi I found absolutely no info on it or current zones with special CWD rules. There was no email address tied to the department as all correspondence had to be through telephone. Disappointed!

Waste of time, Not ready
First mistake was deleting the old app. Downloaded new app and it immediately Blocked me when I tried to sign in. No access to anything.
Plus it wants access and wants to follow me even when not using the app??? Nope.
