Can’t get to profile or set up and camera doesn’t scan QR
Very average app, hangs at the member login, camera can’t adjust focus to scan QR. Better experience from web than app. Can’t link velocity either.

App was once so good - What happened?
This used to be a great app and I noticed there have been no updates to the app in over 12 months? Now when I launch the app at a venue it never works when scanning the QR Code? Then I am forced to use my web browser to log in? Just deleted the app and reinstalled and cannot sign in now as it says it cannot find a network? This is on an iPhone Air on 26.5.1 .. what has happened? Disappointing!!

QR Scanner doesn’t work
The QR code scanner feature inside the app does not work. Didn’t even get to use the app 😢
DOES NOT WORK
The app does not work. Scanning QR codes at venues results in an error and there is not other way to load a venue within the app. Therefore the main function of the app is broken and this app is of no use at all.
Latest update hides all points you have accrued
The app now intentionally hides previously visible scores you have accumulated. It makes you keep paying without knowing what offer option you will have.

Useless and not well tested
This app is literally completely useless. In past 3 weeks I visited around 6 different bars and restaurants in Melbourne and Sydney that all used me&u as their way is ordering.
Not for a single one of them scanning the QR code worked. Instead it just showed a roast message that something went wrong.
It seems like this app has not been tested in a real life scenario at all.

Was brilliant, but stopped working.
Found this app fantastic, then one day it stopped working everywhere.
App fails to work
Used to work well. Now does not work. Scanning QR code does not work. Have to use website instead.

The price advertised is never what you pay. They may claim in their response that what they’re doing is legal, but it isn’t.
Defective QR
What is the point of the app? Scanning the QR codes opens up the website 🤷
The update ruined the app
Ever since the latest update I keep getting errors when I go to checkout it advises me that it cannot confirm prices? The prices are shown on the menu but then this always happens when I go to checkout. No point of the app! Pretty useless
Can’t scan QR codes
As the title says. Using the camera app, the QR codes work without an issue. With this app, the QR code never focused, and when it does, it says there was a problem.
QR code scanning is not working well on app
Love the app, however the QR code scanning is not working well on app. It is definitely not my phone or the camera. The scan works well directly without using the app but with the app, the QR image is faded and not reading the table code. Phone - iPhone 12mini.
Fees are disgraceful
App works well but 8.5% fees you got to be kidding worse than any bank. Cooks if ever seen them
