This doesn’t track anything accurately. I ran 3 miles yet it only tracked 1.5, wouldn’t recommend it at all
Can’t even sign up
I got 3 days ago and Was still trying to sign up...from my iPhone, home desktop, laptop and office desktop...doesn’t work!
You get what you pay for.
I got this for my son for his birthday. I have a Garmin tracker, but I opted to get him this cheaper one until I could see if he took to it. I figured he didn't need bells and whistles. However, I did want it to work. :( it doesn't.
We are having the same trouble as the reviewer below. There is not a "connected" button to push.
And this, after searching all over gods green earth for this freaking app in the first place. It wouldn't come up in an App Store search.
I have had about enough of this frustration. I will be returning it tomorrow.

Works really well
Does everything it says it will, and the battery lasts a decent time. Occasionally it takes about a minute to sync, but usually only takes a couple seconds. I haven't had any issues with pairing it to my phone, and the program is very easy to use. Only complaint is that a lot of the battery is used overnight. There isn't a "night mode," so it uses as much battery overnight as it would during the day. I wish that when you held down the button, it would activate night mode, or turn off.

I can only get the band to synch after unpairing and pairing the band again.
Every time I go to the home screen, the instructions say to just tap and pull down to synch. I keep trying this and it just says “Band is out of range or not connected”
