Facial recognition
The facial recognition on this new update does not work. I keep saying Yes that I want it, but it does not save. Keeps shutting off.
Great Credit Union
Great app, makes it extremely easy to transfer money between accounts. Even has a credit score tracker. Easy to use UI.

Broken often
75% of the time when you try to open it says server not available. The entire credit union has gone downhill though. Bank elsewhere

The app will not accept my credentials even though I can login using the same ones on desktop.

Finally has Face ID
They finally updated the app to have Face ID login. About time! Love Maine Family but the app used to be the worst. Now it’s at least similar to every other bank.
Junk
I can’t tell you how many times I can’t log into this horrible app. Not sure who’s in charge, but I’d move on with them. It’s just horrible!
Fix it
You’d think with 22,000 members you could fix the app and make it a little nicer. Maybe add touch/Face ID.
Garbage
This app is garbage, many other credit unions that are the same size if not SMALLER have online/mobile banking that is 1000000x better. They must just be cheap.
Not loading without internet
Since updating my iPhone to 13.1, it won’t load without internet.

I have a few banks and this banks app is the worse! I’m not sure why they can’t get it right like the other banks?

Honestly it hasn't really worked well for years your better off logging in from a computer or ATM.
Worst app ever
Ever since the new update this app has had nothing but issues. It rarely works for me and when it does, it is so slow. I could go to the actual credit union and get info faster than this app will load properly.
No Touch ID!!!
No Touch ID for quick login. No way to save password. You have to manually input your password every single time!😫 Check deposit picture is useless. Always says the check is not in the pic. PLEASE ALLOW TOUCH ID!!!!!!
Convenient
Ever since the latest update on my phone, this app has been extremely slow. When it was working well, it’s great! It’s extremely convenient and I used it a lot.
