About
Me Time is a private, on-device life feed made from the sources you explicitly choose.
It feels familiar like a social timeline, but the audience is only you. No followers, no likes, no ads, no account, and no pressure to keep posting. Your feed can bring together private posts, allowed photos, step and workout summaries, selected calendar moments, shared links, voice notes, widgets, and small daily prompts, all with clear source labels so you know where every card came from.
Choose sources one at a time
Start with Photos, Steps, and Calendar, then add quieter extras when you want them. Each source has its own setup and can be refreshed or removed separately. Me Time does not claim access to everything on your iPhone.
Capture what matters
Write a private post, add a voice note, save a link from the Share sheet, or use Siri and Shortcuts to capture a thought. Shared items go into your External Inbox only when you explicitly send them to Me Time.
Reflect without social noise
Favourite important cards, hide what you do not need, add private comments, take a mindful minute, or keep a simple local record of how a card felt. The feed is built for reflection, not engagement.
Private by default
Private source data stays on your iPhone for the current MVP. Me Time does not upload your photos, Health data, private posts, voice notes, comments, calendar data, contacts, or location. Daily Spark is optional generic public content selected by date and locale only, not personalized from your private feed.
Clear source boundaries
Photos cards use only the photo access you allow. Steps and workouts use selected Health permissions for neutral summaries. Calendar cards come from calendars you select. Weather uses a one-shot location request only when you fetch Weather. Apple Music, Journaling Suggestions, Share sheet imports, Shortcuts, Siri, and widgets are all explicit user actions.
Me Time helps your ordinary days feel easier to notice, revisit, and keep, without turning your life into content for anyone else.
