It’s for me
As a beginner on my journey I do like the app. I wish there was a way to add a alarm to remind me of things, but I love it and use it daily
Super handy
I’ve tried different apps in the past. Tracking is always the same tedious thing. I thought tracking only worked when you ate strictly prepackaged food. With this app I love the ability to take a picture of my meals, the. I can use the ai editor to adjust as needed with things like use oat milk instead of low fat milk, used 2 whole eggs, add missing ingredients. Do I think it’s a perfect method as it it gets every calorie and gram of protein? No. But I think it gets most of them and my goal is to see if I’m getting close to where I should be for protein and fiber.

Food logging is a PITA
I got this app because it was heavily recommended on social media and reddit. I am three doses in, so new to the whole GLP-1 thing. Maybe I’ve been spoiled by Noom, but the food logging is TERRIBLE and actively discourages you from being accurate.
(Also I can’t find Capy anymore to ask things, and I can’t figure out how to track calories.)
The label scanning is ok, but searching overall and logging of whole food and unpackaged stuff is opaque and frustrating.
First of all, there’s no option to search only through foods you’ve already logged, at least as far as I could see. I could be searching for something I logged two weeks ago, but the search returns a whole bunch of options that I already rejected in the past.
Also, it offers you a “serving” option but doesn’t tell you what a serving is. How many clementine oranges? How many cherries? (Yes, eventually I was reminded that the diet rule of thumb is1cup raw and 1/2 cup cooked is the rule for produce). And to find out, I have to back out of logging and find the Capy to ask what this app considers to be a serving. Oh, and finding Capy now that I did the intro is extremely difficult. Where is it?
Just now I wanted to log a tuna salad sandwich on whole wheat that I bought pre-made at the grocery store. Generic tuna salad didn’t come up. I would up selecting NutraSystem tuna twice by accident and just gave up and selected it the second time.
I was able to select generic whole wheat, but there was no “slice” option in the units. I’m new at logging—is a serving one slice or two slices? No way to know. I gave up and selected 1 serving. But maybe I missed out on logging some fiber.
Yes, I know I could have dug the package back out of the trash and photographed it to get the nutrition information of the whole. But it’s tuna and whole wheat! Why so opaque and complicated?

A Must Have
This has been so helpful. Especially as a new GLP-1 user. It helps me keep the pace throughout the day so I’m not forgetting to eat consistently and hit my water goals.
Disappointed
This app does not track what I had thought it would track. Based on the other reviews, I expected much more feedback.
Would not purchase again and would not recommend to others.

First successful loss
Logging helps me focus by setting daily goals
Love this App
Tracking my progress including weight loss and shot information is so easy on this app. It keeps me motivated - and I would do anything to keep my Capy happy!
I love this app!!
This app has made my glp1 journey so much easier! A complete game changer and I love it! Thank you!
Worth it
This app is super easy. It makes things so much easier when you’re trying to keep track of everything you put in your body. I highly recommend this app.
Great App!
Down 23.8 pounds! Minimal side effects. I appreciate the app showing me medication levels as the week progresses as well as the encouragement.

Love this app!
So easy to use! Love how the tracking works for water and protein. This app is 🔥!
Best app ever!
This is really helping me to get enough protein, fiber, and water without feeling like I am tracking calories and being crazy about every single thing. Plus I keep track of all my doses and how I feel on each day. It really is so, so helpful!
So easy
I really like this app. I’m just struggling with my shots in this makes it so easy to keep track and of my food. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
Love it!
It's great and friendly.
Starting app
So far starting app is easy
Love
Absolutely adore this app. It tracks every single thing I need for my daily journey. I tell everyone I know on a glp1 to download this. It’s easy to track and make sure you’re on track!!!
Yes
This app is keeping me on track with protein intake and water ! Thank You
Helpful and fun!
This app is very user friendly. It helps me to keep track when I’m missing something throughout the day. It reminds me of my kids Tamagotchi from years ago. I’m not just feeding the game, I’m feeding myself!
Check the levels
Great way to keep track your progress. I like the ability to check current medication levels. One shot per week should be easy to keep track of but I like having it all notified and tracked. Food tracking is not good, got MacroFactor for that
