I’d give it negative stars if I could.
I will never order from here again, first it take three hour to get my food. Then a employee tells me the driver was at the restaurant, he was not. Then when I go to eat my food it is cold. I can tell you I will never ever get food from them again.

DO NOT USE THIS APP. It is Terrible. Awful. Waste of time. Frustrating. Irritating. It took them 2+ hours to get my food. I asked for compensation and they refused to give me a refund. Instead they gave me $10 off my next purchase but I’m never ordering from here again. I’m WARNING you now… don’t even waste your time or energy on this app.

Poor service
It took 2 hrs for my order to be delivered. I hit the contact button and asked where my order was and no response then I asked a second time and still no response so I cancelled my order and they text me immediately saying the driver was on their way. This was my first time using this app and it was the last!

Horrible service
Use to get orders in under an hour now it’s 2-3 hours the food is always cold and they never apologize for it taking so long. They call you to say it’s on its way but they don’t speak English so hard to understand and still takes an hour after they call to say they left with your order.
Need a way to contact delivery driver.
Countless orders have been messed up but could’ve been prevented if there was a way to contact the driver. Delivery times are quick though; that’s the one of the only upsides.
