Useless

Absolutely useless app that didn’t even work properly. After about half an hour trying to order food with endless crashes i deleted
It and just called the delivery place. If I could give it no stars I would .

Poor app

I had ordered at 5:30 pm and was advised my delivery would be around 6:10pm around 6:45pm I messaged the chat help who advised they would call the restaurant they then advised the restaurant had now cancelled and I would get a refund.

Called the restaurant who said they only got notification of the delivery 10 minutes beforehand and cancelled it right away.

Chat team couldn’t give me an answer as to why the restaurant never received at at 5:30pm and was advised they would look into at 7:15pm … no food no gesture of good will and time wasted. Would not recommend.

Buggy app

Mealzo is fantastic when it works. For me the app is buggy especially when inputting any address. The website is even worse and simple does nothing when I input my address or any address. Sadly it’s to the point it’s frustrating to use and forces me to use competitors.

Mealzo is considerably cheaper than most other food delivery apps and has frequent discount codes up for grabs. Worth checking out if it works for you.

Not great

I’ve only used the app once. The restaurant unexpectedly closed and cancelled my order. Not the app’s fault, but 5-10 days for the app to refund is excessive. I don’t think I’ll be trying the app a second time.

Customer Service

Have been using the Mealzo app for a while sometimes it acts quirky but overall its my go to app. It’s reliable in long run and with updates that happen in just a sec and wont take my time i would recommend using the app.

Cheaper than other apps!

All my favourite takeaways are on here, so I can order everything from the same platform. Mealzo seems to send voucher discount codes every week and prices are cheaper than Just Eat, Uber… Can anyone tell me how they manage to beat everyone else’s prices? My pizza place’s owner reminds me to use Mealzo and not the other apps cos he says they lose money with the bigger platforms🤷

New app looks better

Great app and I’m actually annoyed I didn't know about it sooner. I don’t know how but prices on here are lower compared to other apps. It's a no-brainer, why pay more on other platforms? Definitely my go-to for ordering takeaways now.
The welcome voucher worked and I just need my missus to sign up now so we can get another discount😆Thank you!

Excellent for takeaways

Used it for the first time since seeing their ad on TV. Not sure why I’ve never used it before, so much more affordable 10/10 Mealzo my new way to order food 👍🏼

Very buggy

There is no clear way to create a log in. It doesn’t allow you to easily add different items to you basket, doesn’t add them at all and keeps asking you to log in constantly. A real pain to use and I gave up. Just ordered over phone or went to shop to order.
