The application allows you to calculate the required number of revolutions for centrifugation of MeaPlasma tubes on various centrifuge models. To calculate required RPM, you can use known values from the centrifuge manufacturer (RCF - maximum centrifugation force and MaxRPM - maximum number of revolutions). For your convenience, the application contains a regularly updated database of centrifuge models from various manufacturers.
Also, in the application you will find the necessary protocols for the preparation of an autologous filler - “MeaFiller-R”.
