Downloaded to measure a square patio area but kept saying “tracking unavailable, device is pointing to an unknown surface”. Frustrating to use but has potential to be really useful

Hello, please make sure you are using the correct measurement surface, which is found in settings. Also, starting the app nearby to the area you want to track can help with tracking.
