LIDAR DOES NOT WORK

Measure Mobile App: A Deep Dive into Frustration
To the developers of Measure Mobile,
I am writing this review with a heavy heart, filled with the bitter taste of disappointment. As a professional who relies on accurate measurements for my work, I had high hopes for Measure Mobile, especially with its touted LiDAR capabilities. Sadly, my experience has been nothing short of disastrous.
From the moment I downloaded the app, I have been plagued by instability and glitches. The app crashes frequently, often in the middle of a crucial measurement, erasing any progress I had made. This inconsistency makes it completely unreliable for professional use, especially when working with a team that depends on precise data.
The LiDAR functionality, which was a major selling point for me, has proven to be more of a gimmick than a useful tool. Measurements are wildly inaccurate, often fluctuating by several inches with each attempt. This level of imprecision is simply unacceptable for any serious application.
Furthermore, the user interface is clunky and unintuitive. Basic functions are buried within menus, and the overall design feels outdated and cumbersome. It's clear that little thought has been given to user experience.
I am incredibly frustrated with this app. It has not only failed to meet my expectations but has actively hindered my productivity and caused unnecessary stress for my team. I strongly urge the developers to address these critical issues and release a stable, accurate, and user-friendly version of Measure Mobile. Until then, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this app to anyone.
In the meantime, I will be forced to revert to traditional measuring tools, which, while less technologically advanced, at least provide the reliability and accuracy that my work demands.
I sincerely hope that the developers take my feedback to heart and work towards creating an app that truly lives up to its potential.

New update is no good

No good it glitches and nobody seems to care at CS and doing nothing to figure it out and now I can’t teach and deploy

Freezing problems

Since the last update this program has been freezing every time I use it, which is everyday. Most often its the drawing that disappears from the screen, then there’s delay when pressing buttons, and sometimes the whole thing just stops responding. This causes me to have to restart it 5-8 times per day, unacceptable. If I could use a different program I’d stop using this one, but this is what my company uses.

Measure Mobile

Measuring, notes, and photos all in one place. Once get good at using it, you’ll never got back to a yellow note pad or graph. It’s great to be able to come back to a job a week, a month, or a year later and get back up to speed quickly with the information that’s all in one place. Also, if you spend the time setting up the checklist feature, you won’t regret it. It makes building a quote/estimating quick and efficient. Been using rfms mobile programs for 3 years, but it’s become a really good program once I put the time into setup the checklists, templates, etc. Highly recommend, but you get out of it what you put into it.
