No good
The measurement part of this app is very sensitive to the 10th place at times, and you have to eyeball the measurement and find you have it wrong! Frustrating for the child. The time part, I had no idea what it was requesting and how it was teaching time.
Pathetic
In the measure portion of the app, the thing you are measuring zooms with standard gestures but the ruler does not. This means that it is VERY easy to have the ruler and the object in different scales making it impossible to get a good measurement. The ruler is also tiny making it hard to read accurately.

On medium level the 12 hour is just a 0. This is not good for teaching time. Also on easy, child moves hands to match time but the hour doesn't move as he moves the minute hand, especially on time that is past the half hour. Could be good app if improvements made.
