The newest update is not user friendly at all.

This app comes with so many bugs that it makes doing work so much more frustrating than it has to be. This new update has made it even worse because you cannot go back and edit your notes so if you need to go back and edit your notes you need to literally rewrite them because you can’t go back and edit anything. This is extremely frustrating considering this is an app revolve around writing note on clients.

user interface is not intuitive especially after the recent update. you can’t use face ID/a passkey to make logging in easier. overall a clunky and slow app.

Horrible app. Can’t do anything on it without it freezing up every 5 seconds. Deletes data when it freezes. Impossible to get anything done. 0 stars if I could
Not user friendly
Interface is not user friendly. It’s super clunky, and you are required to navigate through multiple pages (loading required each time) to access information regarding programming.

Great Function, Needs Bug Fixes
MeasurePM is required software by my new job. I downloaded the app because I tend to find that format easier than websites. It has an intuitive interface and works great, when it lets me log in.
I can’t log in. The app didn’t prompt me to change my password from the temp one I was assigned by my company, but the website did. I can log in with my new password on the website, but not here in the app. “ERROR 1004” I have gotten this multiple times before and after updating my password.
TLDR; the program is great, but the website is less buggy.

Please add face recognition login
It would be so much easier to login during work quickly if it had face recognition (since I’m constantly getting signed out of the app and having to log back)
Doesn’t care crappy program
Horrible, you have to uninstall the app twice a week for bug fixes and only able to update after uninstalling the app waste of time, paper data is quicker and easier than this garbage
Application if it was built in 1950’s
Worst application I’ve ever used, even the web browser version is horrible. Which drunkards came up with this? You guys need to get some developers help from middle school kids. I’ve been using this app for my company and I hate getting on this, probably the worst part of my job is not knowing how this app will work that day. you guys are extremely slow at renovation and fixing.

Great app!
Worked with a few different data apps and this is best so far! Lots of great features. Our Company gets to customize it to our needs. Measurepm team is great in quickly responding to any glitches or issues when they occurred.

Has a lot of tools that help with analyzing data but it is not user friendly at all, RBTs are constantly having issues with the app, and losing so much data.
Don’t do it!!!
I wish I could give 0 stars. The graphs are inconsistent, data always goes missing, CONSTANTLY having errors, a lot of the time therapists can’t even access the app to do their job. DON’T DO IT!!!

I’ve been in this field for quite some time and have used Code Metro, Catalyst, WebABA, CentralReach, and now Measure PM. The best experience to date has been with MeasurePM. All software is dynamic and will have some challenges. From our experience, Measure PM has been the most user-friendly for our team in the field and their customer service is quite responsive. The development of the data collection system has been outstanding and clients (and team!) respond well to the built in token systems and DRO board. Reports are easy to pull for back of the house requirements. Overall, my experience with Measure PM has been far better than with other practice management systems.
