Can’t easily backlog.
I’ve been meat free since spring of 1996. I’d like to be able to put in the start date and see what I’ve helped since that date but there is no way I can see to do that without logging each individual day. I will change the rating if I get assistance on how to do that
Basic and doesn’t always work
This app could be great! It lets you log if you’ve eaten meat, vegetarian, or plant based, shows it on a calendar, and then shows you some statistics it calculates around the amount of meat you have entered. With a year subscription fee of $16 it should be flawless and have many functions, but it’s simple and it’s NOT working. I can’t enter my meal from yesterday or a previous day, even though the functionality is there, it isn’t working. (UPDATE I got it to enter on a previous day, but when you choose a new date it will not change the date on the ‘What Did You Eat’ banner). It says it’s free, but nothing worked for me until I paid for premium, so exactly what functions are you getting for premium, for the app to work? Free seems like false advertising. There are only a handful of recipes on Meatless Monday section where there could be hundreds. On the calendar it only colors your circle by 3 colors, whereas the program could take the data you are entering and make the color gradational. I don’t want to have a big red circle on a day when I’ve had 4 slices of pepperoni when someone who has eaten meat every meal has the same color. That way you could see what days were worse than others. Overall I’m very disappointed because this was not a free app as it said, it is an expensive app, and I don’t mind paying good money for something that has lots of functions, but right now it seems underdeveloped and kludgy. I hope the developer can incorporate some of my suggestions and keep working on it to make it better

Great Tool!
As a brand new flexitarian, I am loving this tool to help me keep track of my eating habits throughout the week! I like the education that’s built into the app, and the trackers that illustrate how my eating habits help the environment around me. The only thing I wish it had was the ability to journal. It would be great to not only show that I had a meatless day, but also what I chose to eat that day and maybe what I thought of the meal? For someone trying new recipes, it would be very helpful to have that feature and I would willingly pay a subscription fee for that feature in addition to the goalsetting feature you have to pay for now. Also, note to the developer - you have a typo in the very first screen once the app is downloaded. It should say “save the environment” and not “safe the environment”. :) Thank you for this great tool!

Vegetarian user :)
Initially downloaded this app to keep track of how long I had managed to stick to a vegetarian diet for! Three months later - Whilst I find the CO2 and water facts interesting the only thing stopping me from purchasing the premium version is that I wish it provided facts about the animals! I.E on average you have saved XXkg…. Just a thought?

Thank you for your review. Animal facts are already a feature that you should be able to find in the app. Both the premium version and the basic one include those. However, detailed statistic on how much meat you consume on average and much more can be found in within meatless premium. Hey I think that the idea of this app is amazing, hopefully it catches on and spreads awareness. A few things though. I came here to check out the impact I have had since becoming vegetarian and i had to select the days one by one backwards of a year, a bulk feature would be ideal! As well as more detailed equations as to how you come up with the final statistics. Keep it up!
