Not enough transactions
Works great, but would like to be able to go back farther back into the transactions
More service issues than should be acceptable.
Title says it all, but to expand on this: the app rarely works enough for me to check my balance. If it’s past 11pm, its a 75% chance the app wont load. If it’s raining, 75% chance the app wont load. Sometimes, it won’t open for absolutely no reason, and if I wait for the 10 minutes it takes for it to do so, I can’t sign in. This app is seriously busted.

Works mostly okay. Mobile deposit leaves a lot to be desired. 90% of the time my deposits are rejected which defeats the purpose of the app.

When it works it is a good app. Unfortunately more often then not it doesn’t want to even let me sign in, says there is a network problem but none of my other apps seem to have this issue. It also won’t let me make deposits anymore. Would love the app if these issues were fixed. No point in having an app if it won’t work.

Awful app
If it works it doesn’t allow for the mobility of other banks apps and online banking. And like I said that’s a BIG IF it even works. Sections were often unavailable.

This app has been a problem for a long time. At this point I am ready to change banks specifically because of this app.

Used to love this app but now it won’t load. when it does it won’t let me log into my account nobody has gotten back in touch with me about why the app instantly crashes and has since locked me out if it. When it did open it tells me my name or password is incorrect which both aren’t for sure. I’d love to know my account information other then visiting the atm. I’ve called customer service multiple times to no avail and now I can’t even check my account through a calling the customer service line cause it says my pin is incorrect which is impossible. App would be great if they keep up with the support needed for some customers or just improved it with a real up date instead of saying bug fixes yet it’s still infested with so many bugs.

App no longer works on my phone.
I used this app daily, one day I opened it and it said “ For security reasons app does not support on devices that are jailbroken, or rooted.” My phone is neither of those to my knowledge. Anyone have info about this?

Times Out Waaaayyyy to fast.
I use an app to do my budget and it’s extremely frustrating how out quickly it’s times out when I switch between apps.

A few issues
Since the last update, the app has had the date wrong ( i.e.-says it's the 14th on the 15th).
