Only one order point and long lines. 15 - 20 minute waits until order is placed. Increase order speed with booths or employees with tablets and get to go orders out asap

Backlog in takeout
The food remains to be excellent but the take out service is bad. There is only one person in charge (poor girl, lots of work) and they assume that the time provided as pickup is the time to start serving the food. It is worth not ordering on line and just go; you will wait less time when ordering at the store. It would save you efforts and time.
