To start with the volume is too low, can't hear a thing. And there are no settings, at all!
But mainly, after start it goes in training more, which is annoying and takes forever. The expectation was I can use software to command the robot. Instead it's the software tells me what to do!!!

App not working
The app volume level is very low and will not increase & the scan action will not recognized or connect to MAX.
The app shows promise but volume is inaudible
The app tutorial is audio based but the volume is so low, regardless of system volume, that we can’t hear what the app is saying. At all.

If this is a problem with the battery, it may be that the battery is too small to handle Bluetooth connections. Please fix, I recommend new battery as separately sold item, as a Bluetooth connections upgraded battery to handle the Bluetooth connections load. Thank you, and please fix this problem! It may not be the App, but the battery, which I think may be defective or some related problem. Thanks!

Sound on app doesn't work
The sound on the app is so faint that I can't hear it at all with the volume all the way up. Other apps play sound fine on my phone and I can't find any settings to adjust within the app so it's unusable for us.

This game is amazing! Yet I’d say could you be able to skip the tutorials in the offline mode and I will not like this game, I will love it.

This app is good and all, especially the offline mode because I can use the app even without Wi-fi. But every time I go on the app I see that the battery is low and then dies a few minutes later. Please fix this if it’s a glitch or something.

Don’t buy it!!! The Meccanoid g15 KS is completely useless and takes forever to assemble it. Moves are weak and not controlled. It’s far from what you expect... My kids are disappointed...

I’m confuzzled
I can connect perfectly but it says to update it and it will give memory wipe. I’m scared about the memory wipe because I don’t know if that means that Meccanoid will be the same. Do I have to do the memory wipe or is it not an option.

I have an iPhone 7 Plus and it is not compatible when you try to connect even though the app says it should be. Would give a higher rating if they would make it compatible (this phone has been out long enough for that!).
Only works with older devices
I use an iPhone 7. Sadly this app will not work with it. In order to use this app I must use an older phone.
