Please fix this glitch
You see when I go and explore my only problem is that I keep on getting challenges where wherever I press the challenge button it keeps on fitting me with the exact same team of beast almost every time just different levels and switched around sometimes so can you please fix this??

This game use to be fun! Now we log in and hope we don’t get bugs!!! You can contact support as much as you like, no response! You will be sent a generic message telling you to do what it knows you can not do…. Long story short, if you don’t mind bugs and being ignored this is the game for you LOOOL…
Today the devs decided we needed another update haha only now you can’t click on anything, games frozen, contact support you say? HOW?? The games frozen…message on discord you say? No devs are ever present, oh try Facebook? Yeah no one answers 😂😂 oh and this is after the last update a few weeks back….bugs! Every update has bugs…EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM, I guess we will all have to wait for their whale to log a complaint since the game is focused around making him a happy bunny…..but do enjoy the game🫢😂😂😂

Nemesis pay
The games are really great, but I think it’s really stupid that you. It’s basically impossible to get a nemesis without paying for it. I really hope you guys can change it or I’m giving in a bad review.

This game has very good detailing in the designs are like they feel like a chef made them as a food or something, and the game developer made them into a dinosaur, and it turned into a virtual masterpiece

Great game but older states need merger or migration fast fast fast most states stay active for 6 months then they start die out and where a state of 500 quickly becomes a state of 100 people. Older states need mergers or migration fast

Yall need to fix your anti cheat system because I’ve been banned twice now for no reason and get your developers to own up to their mistakes because this game is a glitched dumpster fire

Great game but needs some adjustments
The graphics are great and so is the game but they need to add some diamond mines and make separate governments in the game to make it more interesting so the alliances can battle over different territories and all.
Can’t get past level 25
Every time I play this game and get to level 25 it crashes and puts me back to level 1. It’s done it twice now. Im done with this game. You need to fix this!
Where is my data
I tried to recover my account with switching accounts because I had previously had a account before this but this game would unfortunately not let me do it. I tried actually accessing customer support and they would not listen to me for over two months and eventually I just did not know what to do. This game is considered A1 star

Lots of Effort & Time w/ Little to no Return
First I would like to say the over all game play is OK, a bit repetitive, you spend a tremendous amount of time clicking stuff.
I like the game but one thing I noticed over the last year of playing is certain aspects of the game that should help you advance and enjoy the game are designed more to clearly help those that are already well advanced and more powerful.
For example you have to collect resources to upgrade most everything in the game like your base and your Dino's. Some resources like food, water, metal, diamond's and oil are more easier to acquire. Other resources like Crystals and Dino parts are not.
There are two areas of resources gathering that are designed clearly to help those who are far more advanced and powerful, thus making it extremely difficult and frustrating for those of lesser power, lower levels. For example: The Crystal mines is where you gather crystals which are needed to purchase Dino parts to upgrade your Dino's. While you are free to enter and occupy a crystal mine you won't be there long because a much more powerful person will arrive and boot you out. This leads to you getting booted on a daily basis and getting very few crystals, thus making someone that is already powerful more powerful. There is nothing you can do except wait until the next day to enter the mines just to be booted out again.
Second area of resources gathering that is designed clearly to help those who are far more advanced and powerful is the Cargo Delivery trucks. Same as the mines, you send out trucks to get resources and they commonly have great parts to upgrade your Dino's along with different resources. The trucks can get raided by other people that dwarf you in stats and they ultimately rape you of all good items on the delivery truck and you get the common resources. Once again, you get trash and others get all the good items. You do all the work, others benefit from it.
It has caused me to just stop using the crystal mines and I no longer send out trucks. Why would I, all it's doing is feeding high level players and you get zero, nothing that is truly going to help advance your character and Dino's.
Would I spend money to purchase items to help advance, the answer is no. Why would I? First the prices are nuts for virtual items that don't actually exist and the amount you get for what your paying is providing little to no help in advancing.
I would highly suggest not to allow yourself to get drawn into this game. It's a massive grind that will consume years of your like and you will still never advance and come close to being able to compete with existing players. Being a new or newer player, even if you were to purchase items it's never going to advance you far enough to even coming close to competing with veteran players. Remember the focus is geared towards making the strong stronger and the weaker lower powered players will greatly struggle to advance at a snails pace.
I will soon be deleting this game, I see to spend anymore time on this is fruitless and a complete waste of my personal time. I would be forever struggling to catch up to people that are moving forward in leaps and bounds. If I was to purchase items to advance quicker I would literally have to spend thousands of dollars and still not advance to where I need to be to experience some of the more advance play like SVS.
Great game, poor management of game play on the developers part. I would not suggest this game to anyone, it's extremely painful, frustrating and, a huge grind with little return for all your effort and time spent.
