A little confusing
Does not make it clear I already have an account because Charlotte Mecklenburg Park's website offers no way to 'log in' or create an account. Then when you get into the app, there is no option to 'create an account' so I requested a lost password and voila, I do have an existing account. Just wish the login page on the app was more clear.

Needs improvement
If it works it’s fine but it logs me off quite a bit and sometimes my card refuses to load. Very frustrating when you have to have someone manually check you in
