如何なものかと？

定額読み放題で購読し始めたデジタルマガジンの指定だったので使い始めたが、iPhoneを機種変更してiCloudのバックアップから復元したら、ダウンロードしたデジタルマガジンが全て消えてしまった。サポートに問い合わせたところ、そういう仕様だとのこと。サポートの問い合わせフォームが、ユーザー向けではなく、このアプリを使って文書を配布しようという事業者向けになっていて、使いにくい上に、GmailやYahooメイルは不可、電話は携帯電話不可とか、とても今の時代のものとは思えない。
以上、如何なものでしょうか？
