Not a good app
This app suck. I have created 3 different accounts due to the app locking me out. I locked my card when I thought I lost it then when I tried to get back in, nothing I did allowed me to get back in except creating a new account. Having to go to the store and keep getting declined is annoying. When I called MECU she said I can manage the card from the banking app not in my case because I was still being declined at stores. That why I don’t like downloading apps.

The developers are no longer maintaining this App.
The card notifications just stopped working a year ago. The error message states ‘there seems to be a problem on our end. Try again later’

Stay away from this app! It will lock your card out so bad that you’ll have to call the customer support who isn’t no help at all!
Card will not unlock
I lock the card , but when I’m trying to unlock it, it says unlocked but it’s not! I can’t get access to money! This is so frustrating
One of the worst apps
This app does not work. It will lock you out for days and not give you access to your funds. It’s poorly designed and MECU does not care fix the issue. They’re well aware of its issues and will open a ticket but that’s about it. Don’t expect them to help you. YOU LITERALLY WILL LOSE ACCESS TO YOUR OWN MONEY AND MECU WILL DO NOTHING ABOUT IT.

Barely works!
The app BARELY WORKS! It’s almost impossible to tell whether your card is locked or unlocked until you go to make a purchase. There’s always the message “there’s an issue on our end” like ok… FIX IT!! Also, when trying to report a lost/stolen card, you are UNABLE to get past the first section of the process because of the SAME MESSAGE “looks like an issue on our end” like come on! FIX YOUR APP OR LET US CONTROL OUR CARDS FROM THE ACTUAL BANKING APP!!!!

Needs improvement BIG TIME
Its currently memorial day weekend I am around alot of people outside so I locked my card. I get home and guess what… been getting a error message all night saying “unable to log in its not your fault try again later” cant call the bank due to the holiday. This is a MESS once this get handled I will be deleting this app such an inconvenience. DO NOT DOWNLOAD !

I was having some issues with a credit-card balance consolidation. Ms. Amina Nur called me back and walked me through the process step by step. She was very patient, professional, and helpful. From one star, because of her, I have changed it to 5 bright stars. Thank you.
Useless app like Mecu itself
Terrible app that doesn’t work most of the time, very similar to their customer care and way of banking. It supposed to help you use your cards abroad but nothing works, and your cards get restricted anyway so app doesn’t work. Did I mention all this in case you actually manage to log in. I am on vacation right now and i can’t use my card with my money on it. My advice-change bank as i will do as soon as i get back to states. MECU is thriving for group lawsuit and I can’t wait for that to happen because that company definitely doesn’t deserve to exist. Even customer care people sound like they hate it and are always rude and without any idea about their products and services… Same for their app, it never works when you need it.

I selected to use this print service for the use of the correct ink replacements !
I did not authorize Hpink to monitor what I print , only to monitor the ink levels when and if replacements were needed.
Currently I’m in need of the use of My Printer 🖨 in a way too stressful a situation And It’s ( printer) Telling Me I HAVE CONTACT YOU!!!!
This kinda thing is Pathetic. After a trial period has ended there is no right to keep billing a person. Sorry this wasn’t about this acct. But the others kept STEALING FROM MY ACCOUNT for no services provided. My cards were Disabled to prevent further pillaging of my Hard Earned Monies,,,,, CORPORATE GREED
