Difficult to use
The script repeat section UX and workflow is bad. Confusing and I am an IT Guy!
Best app for medications
Great app to store your scripts and to order direct from your pharmacy and get notified when ready to pick up. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Disaster
The update is a disaster and I can’t understand it at all. I just want to see my meds and order them. Nothing else.
No tech support for app
Really disappointed in the absence of any tech whatsoever from the website. They just kept telling me how great the app is and I should download it. Already have the app but can’t access menu to add a new escript token because I accidentally pressed scan. Can’t get out of this mode have shut app down done a hard restart on phone and nothing changes. This is becoming an emergency i need to do something with this token i have so i can have the prescription filled! You could at least have a useless AI bot to help me

Not always responsive
Responsiveness within the app needs to improve. I have to often wait until I get to the chemist and have my e-script QR code scanned as the app will not accept it.

Not worth it
Having trouble uploading and then it finally upload I can not access the prescription. I wish I never used the useless app
Excellent service
I was hesitant at first handing over all scripts for myself and my husband but the service is above and beyond what I was expecting. The chemist girls are very helpful re the app and the actual chemists are amazing. Well done.
Prescription orders
I loved this app until I went to another pharmacy and added them thinking that there app would be a completely different app as it’s a different pharmacy but no it added it to my med advisor app, now I have no access to my old pharmacy which holds all my prescriptions even though I can see all my prescriptions on my med advisor app.
I can’t order online any medication except the new prescription which is held at the new pharmacy.

This app allows me to manage my medications with ease. The staff are always ready with any questions I have. So much better than having my scripts in a drawer at home
I wish it worked…
I used this for years and it was OKAY but still glitchy. My pharmacist explained that there were frequent issues but I managed. A few months ago it just decided to log me out and despite repeatedly trying to get back in I wasn’t able to. It’s so inconsistent and unreliable.

Logs out easily and can’t save details so frustrating to use
Notifications don’t work
Why can the app not send notifications to the screen like any other app. Instead you have to keep checking the app, the number of times I’ve gone to the chemist and they haven’t seen it yet either … please add pop up notifications
Should be regulated
The “portal” is based on a Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) support desk product. Commercial advertising does appear - ergo latest catalogue sale banner. Regulating the commercial desires of the marketing department would be a good place to start and strengthening your governance structures to better reflect current technology uses in line with your ethical standards would do. You know, questions like are you using technology to capture prescription holder customers? Not did you mean to do this, but honestly asking the question, is this what happens when customers use our portal. Imagine a portal where you selected a pharmacy chain, independently run and regulated. I, as a prescription holder, would be better off with easy pharmacy choice and better technology fit.

Hooray for MedAdvisor!
After my open heart surgery I was taking 22 different medications. Now I’m down to 9 each day. However, over the last few years I’ve had so many changes that without MedAdvisor would have been difficult to manage. This app keeps track of how many days I have left on a script, sends reminders when I’m low and even reminds me when to get a new script.
It’s the best invention for people like me.

Used to be a good way to keep track of medications and avoid the que at the pharmacy but is now so laden with passwords and codes that it’s not worth the effort.
