My friend uses Medal on his PC and has only said good things about it but my experience so far has been a let down. I know an Iphone is vastly different from a good PC but the reviews had me expecting better. Especially since I do carry the 17 pro max. Throughout the game I didn’t experience any lag and it recorded everything amazingly. Yet, when I tried to clip some parts on CapCut—the external audio disappeared. You could only hear the game. When I tried to clip on the app itself—it was extremely frustrating. At first I thought I was only able to clip from
the first 20 minutes because that was all that appeared; until I discovered I could scroll further down. My issue was that it was EXTREMELY hard to scroll, I had to keep pressing really hard and it would go way past where I wanted and couldn’t go back when it did. I got annoyed and gave up. I decided to clip from my gallery. It was pesky but I got it down. My next issue? When sending it to my friends on Instagram or trying to post it on my story; the external audio was once more GONE. When I tried to screenrecord from my gallery there was MASSIVE echo. I ultimately gave up and didn’t post anything. That was earlier today. Right now I wanted to give it another chance but it was worse. Everytime I open the app, it kicks me out. I have zero idea why. This is not beginner friendly, this is not well adjusted for phones, and this is not the experience I was promised. The recording was good… but there’s not much I can do with it stored in my gallery. Now I don’t even know if I can record my next game. Hopefully I can get some help here.

The app is great sometimes discord doesn’t allow files that our videos over 15 MB and this helps a lot when it comes to game clip

PLS FIXX!!
So I logged in to my google acc and then did everything else. I then submitted my Roblox acc after the age thing and games I like but I accidentally tried using my passkey for a Roblox ACC but it was the wrong account that I wanted so I clicked “change Roblox account” but all it does is reload the site! I tried everything from reloading the site to deleting and downloading the app again but it saved all my data and I can’t change it. Pls fix this issue

Clips aren’t showing.
Today my medal stopped showing any clips. At all! Not even my own. I tried reinstalling it, logged out and logged back in. It doesn’t even show game clips that other people clip and share.

There’s been countless times where something really stupid would happen when playing with my friends that I just could not save because I didn’t have something reliable to clip with. This app has fixed that, and now all my stupid shenanigans with my friends can be saved
