Common delay of 1 hour to meet doctor even after taken proper appointment a day before.
I Vimal kumar singh son of Patient Chandrawati Devi (Patient ID- BP00112***) continuously facing this issue that doctor is not available as he didn’t have idea about his appointments with patients and the have leave chamber and he will come after an hour.
Today i have my 3rd appointment with Dr Tarique Naiyer Jamil at 12:30 and i am still waiting for him and expected time given is 2:15 PM, every time i have faced this issue.
This is unexpected from a repotted institution Medanta in this way you are also getting similar to the service of PMCH.
Looking forward for a proper reply from your side and requesting you to increase sitting capacity for patient at least as my mother is not able to find a seat.
Awful experience.
I am diabetic and only at 11.30 am I was able to eat something. Further after 3 days when I saw the blood reports most of them , Thyroid, KFT, Lipid profile and Other blood test were not having any values and it stated that sample has to be repeated.
On contacting clinic I was told reports are ok and contact lab.
Is this the way a clinic works.
Amount paid by me should be refunded as my all purpose has been defeated.

Horrible App ! Don’t know who created it !
The appointment got cancelled twice with no visibility of me if the payments are initiated back in my account or not.
Please get better developers who can actually do a proper job & have common sense & can build something which makes people’s life easy ! Have some empathy for the people who are booking appointments from your app as they are already spending so much on the treatment/health.
