MedCore Patient NG

This update (version 1.1.5, build 8) adds a single new feature, Find care, and contains no other changes to the app. Find care is a search screen reachable from the home dashboard. The patient types a free-text description of the care they need (for example "dentist in Lekki" or "blood test"). The app sends that text to our existing MedCore backend, which returns a list of matching healthcare facilities and the specific services or items at each facility that match the request. Results are displayed as facility cards. The screen also shows example searches and optional filters by type of request. If a search is off-topic or the service is temporarily unavailable, the screen shows a plain explanatory message instead of results. Find care is read-only. It does not collect any new personal data, does not use location permissions, does not process payments, and does not change how the patient signs in or how their medical records are handled. It uses the same authenticated backend and the same Firebase sign-in as the rest of the app. Everything else in the app (sign-in, appointments, medical records, messaging, billing, profile) is unchanged from the previously approved version 1.1.4. The only other difference is that the appointment booking screen now loads its facility list from the same backend endpoint our web portal uses and offers optional State and City filters; no new permissions or data types are involved.
