使用前要求注册，国外号码根本注册不了，微信登陆QQ登陆也不行（ require registration upon using it , can not login with a foreign cellphone number, tried with WeChat and QQ but still not work, not recommended)

Much better than google translate for medical terms, which sometimes doesnt make sense or unable to translate jargons
