When I am not feeling well and need to see the doctor this app is great. I don’t have to leave my house to talk to a doctor. And I can get a prescription written if I need one. It was easy to sign up. Everyone I have spoke with has been very polite and helpful.

I was in lots of pain and needed to see a doctor ASAP but it was midnight and the only option was the hospital...thankfully I have Medek and was able to talk to a doctor within the hour of requesting my online visit! She was very helpful and was able to send in a script for me immediately! God bless Medek and 24/hr pharmacies!

Great app
Talked to doctor shortly after using the app. I appreciated being able to upload 3 pictures for the dr to see. Upon him calling, he pegged the issue correctly, answered my questions and was friendly. I was able to go right to the Pharmacy after my errands and pick up my prescription. It was wonderful not having to go and sit in a waiting room and being able to talk in the comfort of my own home.

Waited only 45 minutes to speak to a doctor
Absolutely amazing! I was able to speak to a care coordinator and a doctor to get a refill within 45 minutes. I did not have to leave my home. Everyone was accommodating and very friendly! Thank you!
Highly unsatisfied
Didn’t receive a call for almost 5 hours. When I called to cancel, the representative on the phone showed zero sympathy. A doctor then called an hour later (even though I canceled), and said he would call me in a prescription. Another hour later and my pharmacy has received no prescription request. When you contact Medek, the people on the phone have no idea what they’re doing. Any question you have (ie: how long does it take the doctor to call in a prescription) they just say they’ll have someone call you back. Now I have 30 minutes until my pharmacy closes, no meds, and still sick as a dog. Save your money, and your time. Most likely a SCAM

We are sorry that you had such a bad experience. Our healthcare providers are almost always able to get to you within 30 minutes. Every once in a while we get a high call volume and it can take longer. We have reviewed how to speak to clients with all of our representatives and I assure you that you will not have lack of sympathy any more. When you call our customer service line, that representative has no access to your records due to HIPAA laws, so when you are told that someone will get back to you, that is for your safety and privacy. I can assure you we are not a scam. We strive for quality and integrity.

I had a bad cold that wouldn’t go away so I used Medek, talked to an actual MD and had a prescription waiting for me at MY pharmacy in less than a half hour.
