Great New App
The new app is super great. It is easy to navigate. Simple to use. The approvals for me and my family appear and are very easy to read to understand. The medicine refill feature saves me so much time. I can simply show my prescription and I get automatic refills. Very Rich with online features. Keep it up Medgulf 🙏

التطبيق خدمته سيئة وفيه مشاكل
التطبيق للأسف واجهت فيه مشاكل ولا عرفت اطلب خدماتي، للأسف ميدقلف اسوأ تجربة تأمين طبي وتأمين سيارات استخدمتها في حياتي

تطبيق سيئ جدا وتعامل اسوأ
عطل تقني و تعطيل للمطالبات
التطبيق فيه عطل متكرر يمنع رفع المطالبات المالية , رغم إدخال البيانات الصحيحة . تواصلت أكثر من مرة دون أي حل , وهذا تسبب في تأخير معاملتي .
إذا لم يتم إصلاح الخلل بشكل عاجل , سأقوم بتصعيد الشكوى رسميا إلى مجلس الضمان الصحي لإتخاذ الإجراء اللازم.
