Hi there!! Our MedHeads app has a 'restore purchases' button that will restore your packs if needed. The important part of this is that your purchase email and your apple email need to match or you might get the error. Make sure you trigger the 'restore packs' button! Hi Stephanie! Our MedHeads app is free to download and includes sample packs. The game packs and flashcard packs are each a 1 time purchase and you have them for life, there is no need to ever purchase again. You have the freedom to choose which packs you purchase that are the most helpful to you, and once they are purchased you have them forever. You can always hit the "restore packs" button that is immediately on the home screen if you get a new device and don't see the already purchased packs.
