MEDHOST Messenger

MEDHOST Messenger™ allows users to message other hospital staff and patient care team members. Messages can include emojis, clickable URLs, and be marked as priority to indicate immediate attention is needed. Messages are organized based on recipient(s) with the most recent messages at the top. Care team messages display the patient’s banner information for quick reference. The search feature allows users to search for a person’s name or words within a conversation. A contact’s name, role, and specialty display to aid users in selecting the correct recipient when composing messages.
