Pointless mobile app

Terrible mobile app! Myself and my colleagues have been unable to login despite using the correct credentials. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app several times in an attempt to fix the issue. If you are stuck using MedHub, forgo this app and log your hours through the desktop site, which only works on a laptop….

Can't key in working hours after the update.

Just updated the app today; the working hours entry page now has a choose time type box (looks like a drop-down menu?) that can't be selected. Also half-truncated boxes for start and end times that can't be selected either. Ultimately just can't be selected and can't be entered. Either fix or reverse this update asap thanks.

Log-in issues

Can’t even log in- gets stuck at the screen where it’s trying to find an institution. Disappointing

Worst app

The worst app I’ve had to deal with. Unfortunately my institution uses it so i’m stuck using it.

Works but some improvement needed

App keeps logging out every few days. Also difficult to input night time hours due to interface glitching.

Evaluations

Why can’t we view evaluations? That would bring the rating to 5/5?

Can’t log hours

Frequently does not allow me to log hours. I enter them, and they immediately disappear. No discernible pattern to this error.

Working hours issue

When submitting working hours on app, it appears wrongly (wrong days or wrong hours)

Fitting

Like everything else in graduate medical education, seems designed to minimize the effort of trainees. Frequently doesn’t let you log hours or procedures. I enter the hours, and they just disappear without even notifying me that the app deleted my hours. Procedure documentation frequently throws an error.

Full of errors

Always having errors with submissions

more features needed

Default location not provided as an option when logging procedures.

There should also be a function to login hours for a conference attendance.

Procedure logging issues

The app has recurrent issues when logging procedures. Error states entered values are incorrect.

App is glitching, deletes hours entered almost immediately

App was great until it started glitching to where if you enter your work hours, it just deletes the entry entirely, doesn’t accept it. Just, poof into thin air. It’s very inconvenient since this is the only function I use the app for.

Not saving hours

Not storing my submitted hours after submission.

Slow and cumbersome

Takes too long to load, and unable to verify multiple procedures at once (forced to verify them one by one on the app).

Not compatible with e-value

It would be nice if e-value users could also use the app!!

Needs quality of life improvements

Needs some major reworking to the patient logging system so it Is not so cumbersome and time consuming. For starters it would be beneficial to be able to put in a date range for all the days you see a patient and count a log for each day, this is especially beneficial for inpatient service. Second the age entering should be a numeric entering system not a scrolling menu, that only seems logical. Have one blank for months and one for years, scrolling takes too much time. As residents we should be able to save locations and names of attending/supervisors. It’s tiring to have to input the name of the location and supervisor each time I have to save a case for an away rotation. Finally the forum shouldn’t blank out right after you submit a log, it should keep all the information in case you want to log multiple procedures for the same patient etc. please implement these changes to help make logging less time consuming, thank you!

Great interface!

MedHub has been pretty easy to to use. You can’t do as much on the phone app as you can on the computer interface but it gets the job done. Always room for improvement but a great place to be now!

Easy, handy, and accurate

Hi guys,
I am enjoying this app, it’s accurate, very easy to use and super handy.
Regards

Doesn't work

Can't log in. Don't bother.
