iPads 7 problem

I’ve used this app for years and would give it 5 stars for that, but I just got a iPad 7 and now I can’t access my photos on the iPad.
I can transfer files from one hard drive to another but nothing to and from my iPad.
Please fix the problem! I have 4 of them I use all the time.
Now I’m stuck.

The original MediaShair app was far superior to this new one. Cannot remove subtitles. With new iOS updates, you cannot edit a movie once it begins playing. The control menu disappears and will not pop up. This app needs serious updating.
