I have encountered way too many codes that are not correct cpt 92222 for example. Your question states it’s 50 min when it’s 55 min or more.

Codes not up to date
I have encountered way too many questions that have codes that are no longer used or that they have listed incorrectly. I am using a 2025 book. They need to update their whole system to match2025 codes.
