会員になり質問をしました。回答を読み終わるまでにアプリが落ちます。診断いただいたのに最後まで読めません、対応策はないのでしょうか？

回答自体は丁寧で的確なアドバイスがありますが、質問によっては2日以上回答をいただけない場合があります。そこだけ改善していただけると助かります。

かなりひどい

登録後初日に医療相談。今まで他サイトで数時間で回答が来ていたので半日待ってもなんにもこないことにあれ？と思い問い合わせ。かなり待って24時間は待つようにとのこと。はぁ？と思ったが一応待ってやはり来ないのでまた問い合わせ。専門的なことなので少し待ってとの返答。専門的って当たり前。医療がわからず聞いてるんだから。やっと来た回答はネットでかかれている聞いてることとは程遠い素人か？と思う回答。お金とっててそれはないんじゃないですか？管理側からは何の返答もない。お金の無駄。

追記。また医療相談から質問してもまるで回答なし。薬の飲み合わせも答えられないの？どんな医療相談ですか？ディベロッパーに問い合わせ、を選んでもノットファウンド。詐欺サイト。
