You never tell Baseline what a document is. Blood panels, X-ray and MRI reports, visit notes, prescriptions, vaccination cards, discharge letters, invoices — anything a clinic handed you. READ HERE, FILED ACCURATELY Your phone reads every page first, using Apple's Vision framework. The page is then sent once — and only once — to be titled and dated, because a date and a clinic name are usually printed in a letterhead that plain text recognition flattens away. Nothing is kept on any server: your documents live on this device and in your own iCloud. FILED WITHOUT ASKING YOU ANYTHING Each document comes back named, dated and sorted, with a plain-English summary of what it is — so a list you scroll six months from now tells you which one you are looking for. Got it wrong? Correct the title, kind or date on the document itself. SEARCH BY MEANING, NOT JUST WORDS Ask for "cough" and find the chest X-ray, even though the word never appears in its title. Every word read off every page is searchable, which is what you need when the document you want is called Scan_20250712. ASK IT, LIKE A PERSON "What did the radiologist say about my chest?" "When was my last tetanus shot?" Baseline searches your own documents and answers with the page it read, one tap away. It never answers from memory — only from a document it actually opened.
