Snap a photo of a printed lab sheet or import the PDF you already downloaded, and the values land where they belong. Open the trends view to see how your hemoglobin, cholesterol, glucose, or any other value has moved over the last twelve months. The chart highlights values that drifted out of range so a quick scan picks up what changed since last visit. Visit Log is where the story lives. Each doctor appointment is a card with your notes, the prescriptions you walked away with, the next follow-up date, and any documents you scanned at the office. Tap any month and the relevant labs and visits flow in together. Before an appointment, tap the share button and Medical Records assembles a clean one-page summary you can hand to the doctor or paste into a portal message - last twelve months of labs, visits, prescriptions, and any flags worth bringing up. Nothing about your data leaves the phone unless you decide to share that summary. Records stay private on your device, with optional iCloud sync for backup across iPhone, iPad, and Mac. No accounts.
