Kein Scherz - das Update vor ein paar Monaten, das man Clinic und MRS synchronisieren kann, habe ich nicht richtig umsetzen können, ich habe die Option nicht selbst gefunden, obwohl sie eigentlich idiotensicher aufgeführt ist. Eine Email an den Entwickler und nach wenigen Minuten kam die Lösungsantwort persönlich! Hat funktioniert! Nun muss man nicht mehr umständlich hin und herschalten zwischen Intensivmonitor und Defi-Tasche. Beste Sim-Software auf dem Markt! Danke!

Fantastic
This program is great for quick simulations or ACLS/PALS training. I use it almost daily for ALS knowledge assessments. It does not replace a true patient simulator, but works great for what it is.
Klasse Software
Ich nutze die Software schon seit einigen Jahren und bin mit dieser sehr zufrieden. Auch das immer wieder Verbesserungen einfließen. Einen Wunsch hab ich allerdings noch, schön wäre es das wir die MRS PRO auf mehr wie einem Tablet mit den selben Daten gesteuert von einem MRS Remote darstellen können. Wir lassen die Fallbeispiele in Simulationsräumen spielen und übertragen den gesprochenen Ton und das Bild in den Besprechungsraum wo wir dann die Auswertung vornehmen. Wenn wir vom MRS PRO das Bild via AppleTV in den Besprechungsraum übertragen ist allerdings der Ton (QRS-Ton, Alarmtöne) bei diesen iPad weg, könnten wir das Bild auf mehrere iPads übertragen können wir das Bild inkl. Ton anfassen und an den Besprechungsraum übertragen. Dies wäre dann perfekt. Ich hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen. Ansonsten wie gesagt perfekte Software.

Vielen Dank! Um trotz verbundenem Apple TV wieder Ton in das Simulations-iPad zu bekommen, kann man Apple TV mit einem kleinen Bluetooth-Lautsprecher koppeln, der zu dem iPad in die Simulationstasche gesteckt wird.

Only works if you download another app. Nothing about that in the app description. I’m guessing I would have to pay for that app as well

Sorry to hear that. Please ask Apple for a refund. Here is what our App Store description says: „Remote Control App compatible with ECG Simulation App »Medical Rescue Sim (Pro)«. ATTENTION: This Remote App is USELESS without the ECG Simulation App!“
False advertising
Do not buy this app, it makes you think you just purchase the app for £21.99 then get it on another device to use as the monitor. This is not the case, you buy this app for £21.99 to use as the remote and then have to buy another app for the monitor costing £210.00.
