This is all I used to study for my test and I passed first try. It gives you the rational for the answers. Great study guide.
Medical terms & content are not accurate
This medical surgical exam prep review app does not appear to be authored by a nurse educator or other qualified medical person. The medical terminology and case scenarios were not accurate in the first several questions I reviewed. My opinion as a nurse educator is this app can't be soundly trusted.

I was pleasantly surprised with this APP. It is a great review and as I was waiting in line and doing errands I was able to complete the questions. Great feedback and review opportunity as you see your score immediately, this allows me to identify my week areas!
