We have now integrated insurance into the Medicall app. Patients can filter through providers that accept their insurance, get an instant coverage response, and only pay their out-of-pocket cost for the visit.

Amazing doctors in your area

I’ve used a few different medical apps. On the others apps, you can never pick your doctor. The other companies just randomly assign a person for you to see and it’s usually not a doctor (a PA/NP).

Medicall is AMAZING! The doctors on here are really among the best and usually have long wait times to be seen in person. You can choose which on to see. Reassuring the doctors are able to see you if needed.

How does Medicall work?

You can request a visit by opening the app, selecting your reason for care, choosing a local provider, entering insurance information to see the cost, and providing your medical history. A doctor will then review your information and reply within 24 hours with a medical opinion and next steps.

What dermatology issues can Medicall doctors diagnose?

Medicall doctors can diagnose and recommend treatment for a variety of dermatology issues including concerning spots, rashes, hair loss, acne, rosacea, psoriasis, cosmetic concerns, nail changes, and cold sores.

Can Medicall doctors prescribe medication?

Yes, if medically necessary, doctors on Medicall can prescribe medications. These prescriptions can be sent to any local or mail-order pharmacy. The cost of prescriptions is not included in the visit cost.

How much does a visit to Medicall cost?

You can use your insurance, and your typical copay and deductibles will apply. Medicall will display the exact cost after you enter your insurance information. Visits are also available without insurance for as low as $75.

Who are the doctors on Medicall?
