The MedicalRun is a unique digital challenge in France and Europe bringing together healthcare professionals. It is first of all a positive message of the highlighting of physical and sporting practices as a public health issue. It is then the desire to integrate a therapeutic approach to these practices in the field of care.
Each caregiver, each student, employee, company or care structure becomes, by participating in this challenge, the ambassador of a broader and more global integrative medicine than the only treatment against the disease.
Tomorrow, if we want to reduce our health expenditure, improve our quality of life, take responsibility for the impacts of our behavior, it is through use that this will be done. The participants of the MedicalRun are the vectors of this practice.
The MedicalRun is more than just a race. It is an active contribution to moving from “healing oneself” to “taking care of oneself”. Taking part means committing to fight against sedentary lifestyle and physical inactivity which are today the 4th cause of death in the world and responsible for so many chronic diseases.
