HATE IT!
It won’t stop calling even if you press a button and it won’t allow me to get texts for confirmation.
Unreliable
You must really stay on top of this. Calls sometimes just stop. You can notify them through the app, but the response time lags. Here is the response I got when the calls stopped. Also notice mastery of English, grammar, and punctuation is also lacking:

I am very pleased with this app which is what I needed to help keep Mom on track with her eyedrops. In addition to the way the app itself functions, I was extremely impressed and satisfied with the customer service follow-up to help resolve a particular issue I was having relative to Mom’s dosing schedule.

Very Useful!
I decided to give this app a try for my parents who live in another state but don't always remember to take their medicine. I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. I am able to record a custom message and set a time for the app to call my parents. I get a notification on whether or not they answer, and I can also ask them to confirm they received the message. I can also use it for other reminders as well, like reminding my parents to turn the outside lights on. This app has made my life as well as their lives so much easier, and I highly recommend this to anyone taking care of people who sometimes need to be reminded of things here and there.

I am using it to remains my father to take his pills. What I like is that I can record my own voice so it's like I am calling every day.
