Error message: “UNSUPPORTED URL” when attempting to sign up!
Baloney! And the Internet speed was fine. Frustrating that it expects you to jump through the hoop of having the postal code of your pharmacy memorized, or have to leave the app to go look it up rather than letting you putting in the city/town your pharmacy is in then selecting the specific location. Postal code isn’t even on the prescription labels on the bottles. SENIORS and older GenX who attempt to use this app will be frustrated with this. Takes less time to call-in for a renewal!

Doesn’t work
The app does not recognize the zip code for my location and does not allow me to access the system by any other way.

The app is fine and easy to navigate but it doesn’t notify you if your prescription is called in and ready. I don’t have much use for it since it doesn’t do that.

I was using Thrifty White Drug before I decided to switch pharmacies. This has been something that I have been wanting to do for over a year and trust me it was scary to switch pharmacies, but once I called the Medicine Shoppe they were so polite and helpful and made the change so easy. Now that I have officially switched I am treated with respect and I am so grateful!

Too many problems to list
Hands down the worst pharmacy app experience I have ever had. Difficulty establishing a profile. Refill requests receive simultaneous confirmation AND ERROR messages. Unusable.
Unusable app, zero support
Unable to create an account so I can log in because it says my email address already has an account associated with it, yet I can’t get a password reset sent to my email. Can’t contact support because I don’t have an account.

This app doesn’t tell me what medications I have, or even have waiting at the pharmacy, can’t seem to really get any info about the prescriptions I have here because they’re not even listed in the app. Great pharmacy very good people here.

You need to know through the app if there are any meds ready to pick up . RiteAid pharmacy has a really good app you should copy it before the stores completely shut down

I have been using Medicine Shoppe in Largo for a number of years. George is not only accurate in all that he does but he is also a genuinely nice person. Before using Medicine Shoppe, I had a bad experience with a prior chain pharmacy when I was given incorrect medications or someone else’s prescription. That has never happened with Medicine Shoppe. They are accurate, reliable and prompt. George has added Daniel to his team and he is equally as good as George. Plus the Ladies who assist with the cash register and customer service are all really nice people. You will not find a better place to get your prescriptions filled!

Worst commercial app I’ve ever used
If I could give this app ZERO stars, I would. I have apps for *every* store and business I patronize; they all accomplish most , if not all, the tasks I need. The Medicine Shoppe app has so many problems I don’t feel inclined to waste my time listing them — anyone who builds an app for a business should already know what it needs to do or find out beforehand. Don’t sell anyone such garbage. One of the reasons I’m in the process of switching all my Rx business away from Medicine Shoppe.

Love the app, but would like to use it at a different location for Pharmacare
How do I change my preferred location from Pharmacare Willowbrook that is closing to Pharmacare West where I’m transferring my account to. I love using the app, but it does not seem that any of the other Pharmacare locations utilize it.
Needs more up to date features!
The biggest issue I have is that I don’t see where the App has an option to send Push notifications or text messages once a script is either/or due to be filled or notification that a particular script has been filled and is ready for pickup.
Another issue I just found is it won’t let me add my phone number or delete old personal addresses.
Please try to provide support to the pharmacies that are using the app. They apparently have not been helped to use the other features built into the app. This needs to change.
And the app has been crashing out of my account every time. It used to hold my information and stay there for every login.

The pharmacists and staff are the nicest people ever. Their are fast too.
The staff are very knowledgeable as well as fast and kind. Highly recommend.
My Pharmacy is great, but this app won’t even load
The app hasn’t been updated in 2 years — and it shows. I’m a new user just trying to get onboarded and the app simply stalls after selecting my pharmacy, with an endless animated Apple wait circle… very disappointing.

I won’t go back to using Walgreens, but their app is way more helpful.
With your app you have to update prescription numbers each time, but theirs is automated and tracks when you last refilled it.
With your app it’s all manual, theirs even lets you know it’s time for a refill.
