One of a kind!!

Can't recommend it enough! Heard about it through a FOAMed presentation and had it on my wish list. So excited about this product and learning to implement it in practice.

Downloaded app does not have elements advertised on App Store

NO teaching tips.
NO applying Bayes

Should either update the App Store add or update the app itself

Great teaching tools for EBM!

Very useful set of teaching tools for academic physicians... I use this app regularly with my residents and med students since it's great for promoting patient care discussions

Great practical tool

Practical app which is invaluable on rounds. Quick and easy to calculate likelihood ratios at the bedside. Pocket Evidence is a great reference - tons of summaries of review articles, studies and guidelines etc. Great app, thanks

Top notch app!

This is a very needed app in the current state of healthcare. Provides evidence supported clinical decision support. It is really cheap if compared with the potential for excellent patient outcomes, decrease in cost from unnecessary testing, and as well for its incredible academic value.
