The Bank app is for Candidates who do Internal Locums and Short Term Jobs in Hospitals, Community Hospitals, GP practices and Care homes.
Candidates add their availability manually or by linking their Google Calendar sync. This avoids unnecessary calls by agencies asking for Candidates availability and both a lot of time and effort.
The Candidates can manage the compliance using the secure, document management system. With multiple compliance trigger points which sends notifications to both Clients and Candidates, documents can be kept up-to date.
Using the Availability and Compliance data, Automated matching allows for the Platform to show the best matched jobs for the candidates, as soon as the job is posted. Jobs Offers are also shown when the Client chooses them specifically for the job. This means less phone calls and waiting around job bookings and confirmations. Managing applied and booked jobs is easy too with all job management can happening on the go.
Individual job based messaging/chat system allows for a great communication without getting confused. Candidates are kept up-to date about the payment status too.
