Customers are standing together in one spot

When I play this game, the customers are standing together in one spot. They are not in line at the cash register. I exited the game and when I reenter the game , the customers are gone and I when I try to open the shop, it says to end the day, but no customers are in the shop, I really live this game but I can’t reopen the store because if end the day, I exited the game and started playing the game and the same thing is happening again, I don’t want the to delete the game. please fix. Thanks in advance

Looking at reviews from a year ago. Still having same issue of customer just standing at cashier. Cashier freezes and you can’t do anything. Over and over. Sad because great game but this bug deal breaker.

I really like the game so far but the cashier will freeze and not take costumers and I lose out on all the products that they picked up and now I’m at level 12 and I can’t even play cashier just stands there fix cashier!!!!!!!!!! Unplayable
