MediLog - care

MediLog is a private medication tracker for doses, water, stock and doctor/pharmacy export. Set up medications quickly, check off daily doses and see early when stock is running low. Free stays intentionally small for testing; Premium adds unlimited medications, family and care profiles, stock and refill management, export reports, QR/medication-plan import preparation, local vault and reliable local reminders. The app stores data locally, uses no cloud sync and no tracking. StoreKit subscriptions are managed by Apple and can be cancelled any time in App Store account settings.
