I paid but my account shows that I have to purchase

For the first payment Medimagic has its people call repeatedly to make us purchase it but for the second time I paid the amount on 17th February but my account shows that I still have to purchase it and there is no response from the team no matter where I contact them,email,phone,messages, no reply
